All Utz products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities in stay-fresh packaging. We use protective corrugated boxes to prevent crushing and ensure your snacks arrive as crisp as the day they were made.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to international destinations or P.O. boxes at this time.
